Afternoon all, apologies the Q&A session with Duncan & Jim will be slightly delayed this evening most likely to 17:45.  Nothing to do with the courts, local 4 way traffic lights not playing friendly!  See you as soon..

It's been a great week in the sunshine with an army of contractors on site at EGP. We have had George, Darwin and Felipe fresh in from South America to install the courts, two of which are now fully constructed and will have their playing surfaces down by the end of the Bank Holiday.

The remaining two courts will be completed next week before we finish all the surrounding areas ahead of our VIP opening day with LTA President Sandi Proctor on May 18. Keep your eyes peeled for news on how you can get early access to the courts before we are fully open on June 1.

Breaking News, Live feed incoming:  Ensure you keep your eye on our Instagram page next Thursday 8th May 17:30 - Duncan Maclay, our Director of Padel, will be on live feed directly from our courts for a launch update and Q&A session to answer your queries.  Assisting him will be Jim Dorrington to ensure you get a full view and feel of our incredible brand new 4 covered courts, surrounded by stunning views.  Also you will gain a sneak peek at our LookOut cafe bar which will be opening to ensure you have the perfect space pre and post match to discuss your game and relax, sip & unwind accordingly.  Very exciting times ahead!

It's been a week of furious activity up at East Grinstead Sports Centre as the launch of our Padel Courts comes ever closer. Our canopy contractor has finished the main structure of the court cover and we expect them to have completed the roof covering by April 12. 

Once the roof is on, we will be tarmacing all the playing surfaces and common areas ahead of the arrival of our court builders from Spain. We currently expect the courts to be built around May 6 and are aiming to open the courts shortly after our VIP opening event on May 18.

In the meantime, we are putting the finishing touches to the App that we are building for you and this should launch before the end of April to allow you to to take advantage of early-bird membership offers at fantastic introductory prices.

The excitement is building...and that's just us!
